• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, strikes, technical failures, government actions, and other circumstances beyond Prime Dely's control.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Customers should be available to receive deliveries.
• Proof of delivery may include:
  • Electronic signatures
  • Delivery photographs
  • GPS confirmation
  • OTP verification
  • Digital records maintained by Prime Dely

Delivery Failure Procedure:
If delivery cannot be completed because of customer-related reasons, Prime Dely may:

• Contact the customer.
• Reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply).
• Return goods to the merchant or collection point.
• Treat the order as completed if delivery was attempted in good faith.
